I was at the Toyota of Lincoln Park dealership yesterday and had an extremely bad experience that involved being lied to twice, berated, and yelled at by their sales manager when I woudn't take a last minute bait and switch on trim levels after hours negotiating price. I'm trying to figure out who own the dealership or at least who is the CEO / President to report this sales manager. I'm running into dead ends though on figuring out the dealerships structure. Any sleuths out there better at googling than me?
How is this sexist? It sounds like you did not get what you wanted but it’s not sexist. It happens at car dealerships all the time and to both sexes. The best way to “take down” the sale manager is to go to another dealership. They just care about selling cars and profits. Your complaint will be placed into the over flowing complaint file.
