If they do it the same as last time (a huge if) then yes, your child would need to be in the feeder school to get the grandfathered feeder rights. Of course, you'd be allowed to pull your kid out of the charter and enroll at Shepherd as an in-bounds student at any point in the school year.

If Shepherd is redistricted I think it's more likely you'd be sent to Wells and Coolidge than MacFarland and Roosevelt. Bancroft and Oyster are more likely to get the MacFarland/Roosevelt feed since that's the programmatic feed for all the other bilingual DCPS programs.  [/quote]
