Honestly though, I don’t see these homes that get redistricted from a lower-performing school into a W school getting a huge increase in value. Over time, ALL public schools in MCPS will be less than stellar (because isn’t that what the BoE is aiming for - not having such a discrepancy between high and low performing schools??). [/quote]
