These teams operate like separate clubs. Players cannot move between Blue and White during the year (just like you couldn't move from one ECNL club to another during the year without a waiver from the league). They play in the same division and play against each other just like they would any other club.[/quote] Interesting. That is a little extreme since they *are* the same club.
