In Virginia the teams are NPL teams. SO they are the top team for those clubs because none of those clubs have actual ECNL teams. Some of those teams do have DA teams for the older ages so in the older age groups it may be a teams 2nd team. In the Northeast (Maryland and Pennsylvania) they are ECNL 2 so they are the second ECNL team for those clubs. [/quote]
