OP, I gave all the teachers a $50 Target gift card last year and they were VERY appreciative.  They can buy wine, comfy pjs, toys for their own kids, smelly candles and lotion, bananas, tampons, WHATEVER.[/quote]

NP here and I have never shopped at any of those stores either.  There are better places to get groceries and personal items.

You may not have.  But i can assure that preschool teachers, who have a lower HHI than you almost certainly, do.

PP here.  I am actually a nanny so I earn more than a preschool teacher but still have a lower HHI than most parents.  Have never, nor will ever, step into a Walmart and Amazon is just horrible to their employees so I stopped buying anything there.  [/quote]
