Not necessarily. Each program handles things differently. Many reward their juniors and seniors that stick with the program. So taking the 14 scholarships they may escalate each year and offer 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% to 28 players based on their year. Or may do that for 20 players and give full rides to 4 and have 4 walk-ons with no money.[/quote]
