Why would spring forward be bad? You put them to bed an hour earlier than they're used to. And possibly you'll have to listen to an hour of complaining/crying about it. That's easier to bear than early in the morning.
Spring forward: Kids are waking up at 6am instead of 7am. We are all getting up an hour earlier. Puke.
Now I'm confused. This morning my DS woke at 5am (because he normally wakes at 6am). It sucked. However, in the spring forward time change, he'd wake at 7am (because he normally wakes at 6am). How is that bad?
You are correct. PP is confused. In the fall, they go to bed fine but wake up early. Because it feels like 7am to them but the new time is 6am (fall back.) In the spring, they don't feel like going to bed at 8pm because it only feels like 7pm to them (spring forward.)
