Actually for me, just about any breakfast sets me up to overeat, so I've been skipping it since before it became fashionable. BUT your lunch doesn't sound all that horrible to me diet-wise! Plenty of people think eating a salad, with high calorie toppings and dressing, is virtuous. You probably ended up with fewer calories and a good amount of protein.[/quote]
