McLean and BRYC teams have the opposite approach. Coach at practice and substitute coaches for games. Coaches all "coaching" too many teams.
We are at McLean, and this is not the case. Our coach is at practice and at games. Though coaches can have multiple teams, so when game conflicts arise, we have a sub game coach (usually another professional coach).
That is exactly what I was saying. McLean has their assigned coaches at practice and then 50% of the games have a substitute coach. Another "professional" McLean coach but not always one who knows the kids.
