I had an overly friendly couple approach me at the Fairlington park and I think it was headed that way. My friend interrupted so it didn't get that far. It was a tall Asian man and his wife. They had a few kids with them
Op here. Sounds like the same people. I was at Fairlington playground when the most recent encounter happened.
I initially thought they were LDS trying to recruit.
LDS (Mormons) are usually young men (college age.) They will always be wearing a tie and a black rectangular name badge on their shirt, so they are easy to spot. Sometimes they are females (usually just slightly older than college age) that will also be wearing the name badge and dressed nicely in a modest dress/skirt. The church of LDS does not use parents of young children as missionaries.
