You live in a very diverse spiritual ecosystem.  You are literally surrounded by beings that you cannot always perceive.  Think about sounds, for example.  Your dog can hear sounds that you cannot hear.  Teenagers can hear sounds that older adults can not.  Look for signs.  Pay attention to the periphery in your field of vision.  Watch shadows and air movement.  Pay attention to light pattern and temperature changes.  Notice smells.  Learn to really listen when it’s quiet.  When you are in a dark room, look for areas that are darker than the dark.  Benevolent spiritual beings like your deceased loved ones and guides don’t want to scare you.  They use very subtle movements and patterns to get your attention.  Once they are confident that you are not afraid, they’ll start showing up in more obvious, evidential ways.  [/quote]
