They definitely check all of the other boxes - lab onsite, no charge for school forms, open (I think - maybe they are closed 2 days total?) 365 days/ year, easy-ish 2 hour street parking, regular phone office hours so you can CALL your doctor vs. always lugging the kid in, super competent staff.
