Model S rear-facing jump seats are too small for most teens.

I wouldn't want my child in that.  If you got rear ended hard, kids could get very injured.  If you need 6 seats, get an SUV or van.[/quote]

It's as safe as any 3rd row seat. Rear-facing 5-point is the safest you can be for most accidents.

3rd rows aren't very safe if there is little truck space but at least if you regular RF you have the seat back for protection.  Here, if someone hits you from behind, they don't have any protection.[/quote]
