And they told my husband he was taking up a seat in the lobby meant for an expectant grandparent when he was waiting for news about our sick baby.  They told him to go sleep in his car. I have lots more stories, but that's the flavor.  Just cruel.

I had a great experience with VHC with Kaiser.  Short 2 hour labor so I don't really remember L&D.  Great service during recovery.  Really good.  [/quote]
