[/quote] Having taught in DCPS and currently in MCPS the breadth and quality of the programs are at different ends of the spectrum. DCPS and some of the charters offer some of the career or college ready programs but the quality is often lacking and most times students are inadequately prepared (particularly for the career readiness programs). One program that my dear child was interested in was the aerospace and aviation academy.
