Grassley was very involved in creating whistle-blower protections, back in the day, and is supposedly a big defender of whistle-blowers. Except when it's not convenient... [/quote]

Perhaps this whistleblower is not credible or the complaint is bogus.  
There are lots of "whistleblower complaints" that we never hear about because they are not worthy.  
So, this whistleblower goes to the press to get attention. [/quote]
