PP, I think the news is good for the region, but I actually agree with you re: service industry and middle class.  I wish DC would simultaneously invest in more affordable housing, and 3br apartments/condos for families.[/quote]

PP here, where in MD is getting cheaper?  I live in DC but very near Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and Takoma Park--a range of different neighborhoods, but none are getting cheaper.[/quote]
