HP is a complete $$$$ pit and the training is average. The training is also not a full 90 min. They will start late and end about 7 min early 
If your the last group they cut practice 10 min early so they have time to lug all the equipment/balls off before lacrosse comes on.
Not to mention all the hellish traffic you get stuck on getting to/ fro If you don’t live in that area. I also question the interesting people they hire to run the trainings. One guy that was a trainer running the classes for a few years is now  in jail now for being a serial rob banker in Fairfax county  :shock: This bad boy was around young kids.
