The best teams have 2 or more goalies rostered and have consistent goalie training. Being the only goalie on the team can be good for that goalie. Being the second goalie on a team where the first goalie plays the full game is not very fun. If a team has a small roster and one of the starting players is injured or otherwise not available, someone else obviously is going to have to step up and fill their position.[/quote]
