For just the player, or the player and a parent and possibly family members who make a trip out of it? If just the player, no it should not be that much. If team doesn't travel together and parents have to go as well, and you aren't staying at Motel 6, etc., don't have airline points, etc., it can definitely add up.[/quote] You have to also include costs of getting to and from practice and games which you drive to including gas costs unless you drive an electric car.
