[/quote] Trans kids aren't gender neutral. They identify as male or female - just not the gender they were born with. X is for those who identify as something other than make or female. As for the PP who mentioned the cost being zero - not true. We added asdrional gender options in my organization and it was quite an undertaking. Anywhere gender is asked electronically, those dorms need to be modified as well as any database that information feeds into. You alaonneed to change all hard copy forms. It was a pretty big project for us.[/quote]
