If you were there, you know what happened. It is still reasonable I guess, for you to ask them to document it. They'd rather not because they don't want to seem responsible (liability). You could write your own report and send it to them in writing and ask that they respond in writing within 2 weeks if they disagree with what you stated. Again, don't see how that would help you unless you intended to sue and there aren't any damages.[/quote]
