25 black
3 hispanic
4 white

All but one of those were males. MoCo needs to focus its diversity efforts when it comes to who is suspected of committing crimes. The ms13 child prostitution ring story out of a Wheaton restaurant took well over s year after the arrests for the story to make the news as the John plead guilty. It was suppressed [/quote]
