I am about to hit 50 classes this week (a Solidcore baby compared to some PPs)! I love it, and use in conjunction with running and hot yoga. I hurt my knee and can’t run right now, so I’m curious...what other classes do Solidcore loving types enjoy? Barre is way too easy compared to Solidcore, and I want some great cardio to make up for the running.
Congrats on 50! :) I have a Peloton bike, which I bought solely because several friends I made in solidcore highly recommended it. I figured they knew what kind of workouts I like, and they were right. I also am a lifelong runner currently rehabbing a knee injury, so I get it. Swimming is some of the best cardio out there, too, IMO. I also did F45 for a while and liked it a lot, though it’s not always knee-friendly.
