[/quote] If isn’t fake but it is probably dated and the demographic shift at Wilson has probably nearly eliminated this problem. 9th is one of the few grades in DCPS where they allow students to be held back for being below grade level. Go back a few years and look at 5- year graduation rates and you will see the PP is not wrong. [/quote]
