I’ve been a runner for 25 years, but never dreamed of being an early-morning runner until I went back to work after 7 years at home and realized that 5:30 am was the one and only time it could happen. It was rough at first and I fall asleep a lot earlier at night, but I feel so much better in every way on the days that I run, and it is the best feeling to get the run over with before having to do anything else. Definitely helps to have at least one buddy who will hold you accountable. Hard to hit he snooze button when you know your friend is out there in the dark waiting for you. [/quote]
