The main problem is there has been no new high profile married in since Kate so for some bizarre reason people think that she should mimic her

Divorced- let's see
Prince Charles future king - divorced
Duchess Camilla -future queen -divorced and Charles mistress
Princess Anne - divorced and re-married very quickly afterwards
Prince Andrew- divorced (and is worthy of his own topic)

trashy family drama
-her half siblings who are nearly 2 decades older want attention and the press gives it to them

Royal trashy family drama
-you could look into Fergie, Sophie or Beatrice, but for now we'll just give the gold medal to ANDREW!

Past jobs
-she had some and earned a decent income for herself

Bare legs
- only in the presence of the queen who likes pantyhose otherwise they don't have to wear them

Appearance  
- has yet to ever not wear underwear during an engagement and have her dress fly up
