Light is fine. [/quote] The bleeding so true for a VBAC but probably not for a c section since they tend to clean you out. I was basically done bleeding by the time I left the hospital and only needed a panty liner for maybe a week after I got home. I also wore the mesh undies for the first week and then just ordered high waisted Hanes granny panties for like $6 for an 8 pack at Target. The special c section undies look nice but I 1000% did not care to look sexy for the first month or so and didn’t see a point in paying the extra money to mostly veg out at home in comfy nursing-friendly clothes anyways.
