I own a condo and I've never heard of any condo association that allows guests to have a PARTY of people there. Any more than 5 would be against the rules. Its clear the owner and the owners' friend didn't go through the board or reserve off the area (which you usually can't do for the pool, just the room to the side). It's ridiculous. Because the friend knows for a group like this and a private pool party at a business, she'd be paying $500 - $1,000 a day. Even her post says she was there for at least 4 hours![/quote]
