There's a young black woman in a tennis dress who runs after the group as they follow the men and tries to intervene, protecting the victim from further violence. Hard to tell if she's part of the group or is simply just a good Samaritan. But she literally put her body on top of the victim to dissuade the rest of the group from continuing the attack.

I'm not totally sure that's what she's doing? But it's hard to see what's happening. What IS clear is that the main instigator (tall, skinny one with tall hair) engaged in aggravated assault/attempted murder with that last kick to the head. Head injuries are no joke. [/quote]

+1, looked like she was piling-on to steal his wallet or phone. You can see several of them digging through his pockets. [/quote]
