It would do epic harm to the royal family as an institution, which is the bigger issue.

If he is guilty and gets exposed, it is going to be so much worse for them. So so much worse. I read a lot of royal gossip, so I know about the queen’s devotion to her job, but good god - cut him off and cut him out. If he gets exposed, it might end the royal family (as I understand that fully 50% of British people don’t support the monarchy).[/quote]
