It can also be a good strength workout for the legs and butt and they do feel more toned. Losing weight is, as everyone will tell you a million times, more about diet, but you can certainly lose weight if you watch what you eat at the same time. You will burn a lot of calories. The strength classes you can do off the the bike are also great but they're a bonus, you don't buy the bike for that as you could probably find similar strength classes on other apps/platforms.
