No. Because both the Rothchilds and Soros are Jewish. This is political statement, not a ‘Jew’ statement.

You must be taking yoga classes. That's some impressive twisting you are doing. McMaster and Petraeus are not Jewish. If someone claim that Jews are drinking the blood of Jewish children, is that a "political" statement or a "Jew" statement? Trying to follow the logic here.

Of course that would be Islamophobic. But, you may have misread. I didn't ask about Jews drinking Christians' blood, but Jewish blood. That seems to fit your "Jewish" exclusion.
