Could you elaborate on why it may be a 'downside' to have a diverse MS that reflects the city's demographics, as opposed to an all-African American MS, as Hardy was as of 7~ years ago?  Am curious why you think this could be a negative.[/quote]

The school may stop being reflective of the city as a whole and just reflect the neighborhood demographics. I'm sure lots of people have strong opinions on this. (Though this almost certainly will increase IB home prices, especially in Foxhall village and Glover Park)[/quote]
