Some pools don’t open til noon or later because campers and lessons use all the space in the morning. If that’s the case, having some activity in the morning is amazing. But it can be free things like: Monday go to the library to get credit for summer reading books, turn in the ones they have and spend 30+ minutes finding more, Tuesday nature center and hike, etc. It also depends on how much the kids swim and whether there is an enforced adult time, to refresh sunscreen, make kids drink and get a snack into them every 2-3 hours. I’ve had a couple sets of siblings who would have been fine with being at the pool at 7 am and not leaving until 6pm; I’ve had other kids who wanted to leave at the first adult time.[/quote]
