We are hearing the allegations of a very angry person spun by an attorney whose job it is to inflame people. Also handcuffs may have been appropriate if the situation was really out of control. But regardless, the school had nothing to do with the handcuffs. That was a police decision. I am reasonable sure that part of protocol is to call the police when things get beyond the control of the bus driver and aide. [/quote]
