Schools offer aftercare until 6pm because they recognize that many parents are not able to pick up their children at regular dismissal time. Then adjust your schedule so that you are leaving an hour earlier than you are and save yourself the hassle of the babysitter. It's ridiculous to expect a program to change its rules for your schedule when you are clearly not willing to adjust your own schedule in order to spend that time with your kids.[/quote]
