[/quote] One reason is that the sexual assault is a criminal case and as such, MCPS cannot talk about it. However, the school should have acted immediately instead of waffling for 12 hours, and heads should have rolled a long time ago. I don't know whether any communication was sent out in the aftermath of the assault to the high school community. Again, since it's a case for the police, MCPS couldn't have said much. [/quote]
