I was resistant to putting that one my baby's face, but after I finally DID and it worked I felt so guilty for letting him be so itchy for so long. This is the only thing that will clear red, scaly, inflamed skin. After that you can go into maintenance mode with an eczema lotion (we like Eucerin) but first you need a steroid cream to heal the skin.[/quote]
