I did a quick scan comparing the language immersion programs and the local level four and only 5 of the 17 language immersion schools had both local level IV and language immersion. I did not look at the magnet schools. All I am getting at is that there are some schools without Local Level IV that are solid schools that choose to put their resources into a different program.[/quote]
