Target has gotten rid of their long time brands like Medina, mossimo, and xhilaration. These were amazing brands that had basics. They have added new brands like a new day amongst others. Try these or from universal thread. I really don’t like the new brands and I feel like target ruined itself with this whole new rebranding ???
Agree that the new brands and the new store layouts are terrible. I also miss the Circo kids clothes -- Cat & Jack is not as good. However, I AM glad that Mossimo is gone as that's Lori Loughlin's husband.
I totally agree. Circo was 100% cotton. Cat & Jack is all poly or polyester blend - they're not as soft or breathable. As for the store layout, Target is focusing way more on furniture, which is TOTALLY unnecessary.
Really not pleased with Cat & Jack. I have an 8 month old DS and some of their undershirts from 3-6 months still fit him, whereas he's wearing 9-12 months in everything else. This is because the C&J's stretched out so much in the wash. The prints are cute but the quality's not good. As for the OP's original question.... I've had good luck with Universal Thread, one of Target's current brands. I don't recommend A New Day, though. Their stuff stretches out and pills in the wash too.
