And you have no idea what went into the SIS and essay. My DS knows kids whose parents pushed TJ and didn’t want it and flat out said so in the essay so they weren’t selected. That’s apparently not an urban legend. It’s a thing that happens and a strategy the MS set has for getting out of TJ. And you will never know because admissions won’t give you an answer. Make your peace with it and move on. [/quote]
