agreed, which is why Obama could have made clear that the long-form was not available for X reason.  Because he has not done that, either (i) the long-form IS available but Obama does not want to disclose it for whatever private reason, or (ii) the long-form is not available and Obama refuses to comment on it because he thinks the attention given the birthers helps him politically by weakening the Republican candidate amongst independents.[/quote]
