Um, I do all those things (all communications, tournament entry, uniform ordering, new player cards, team marketing) but no, kissing parents' asses (who are rarely grateful and will lie to your face) is not something I do. Also, no, I don't plan parties. We have other volunteers to do the fun stuff. [/quote]
