Hmmm... Accusing Jews of allegiance to another country. Well it is a fact that Jews have automatic dual Israeli citizenship. https://knesset.gov.il/laws/special/eng/return.htm
That's really immaterial. Omar doesn't care if Jews support Israel. She considers that similar to her own family's support for Somalia. Her issue is that she is being forced to support Israel and not allowed to criticize those applying the pressure.
This is America - no one can force her to share their views or not allow her to express her own. However, she cannot force people to agree with her or to not critique her views.
She is being forced in the sense that she will be punished if she doesn't support Israel and her criticism of AIPAC has resulted in her being called an anti-Semite even though AIPAC officials have said the same thing. But, here are ways that government in the US is punishing people who don't stand up for Israel's interests: 1) https://www.npr.org/2018/12/26/680129742/texas-school-employee-suing-over-pro-israel-oath A teacher was fired from her job because she refused to sign a pledge not to boycott Israel. 2) https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/publisher-embroiled-legal-battle-arkansas-over-law-banning-israel-boycotts-n977771 A newspaper in Arkansas loses advertising from the University of Arkansas because he refused to sign a pledge not to boycott Israel. When Omar criticized Marco Rubio's bill that allows this sort of suppression of US citizens' 1st Amendment rights, she was called and anti-Semite.
