[/quote] I am just seeing this and it is probably too late to be useful to you, but we found one of the lead instructors to be very aggressive and intimidating with the kids. And this was with parents present, which led me to believe it might be worse when parents weren't around. I observed one instance where she physically grabbed my child by the arm to try to get him to clean up at the end of the day. I didn't find it a big enough deal to report to DPR, but I would not send my child there again. It might be a type of discipline that works well for others, but it is not something my kids respond well to.[/quote]
