If you mean it is working class, yes along with a mix of other white collar professionals. It isn't like Bethesda or parts of NW DC which are mostly affluent professionals. I like the mix of incomes and professions. The area is getting better with more restaurants and grocery store choices such as Whole Foods and Lidl. Not to mention UMD is dropping a lot of money to build up the university and improve the area. Not sure why you think this area isnt getting "nice". [/quote]
