That seems way outside the role of a school nurse.[/quote] Not the previous poster, but sometimes small children exhibit certain behaviors in class that can be suggestive of a UTI. A school nurse doesn't have to be the one to recommend that the parents get their child to a doctor, but a nurse can be a great resource for parents. I'm not making any judgment about the Heights not having one, but I'm just saying that a good nurse is worth her weight in gold.[/quote]
