The only way I could see your son getting rejected is if he's at or below grade level in several subjects, gets poor grades, and produces poor work. In the unlikely event that he gets rejected, you'll still have time to schedule a WISC before appeals are due. The people who are in pool on NNAT only or barely in pool on one test, but low on the other are the ones who might want to know GBRS for WISC purposes. Your son is fairly safe with 99% on both tests.
